Bride's Well

The ruins of Bride's Well sit quietly on the outskirts of Peterculter, easy to miss if you're not looking. This is a proper archaeological site - not a grand structure, but rather the weathered remains of what was likely a medieval structure, possibly connected to St Bride herself, though honestly the exact history is murky and that's part of its charm.

You'll find moss-covered stones and foundations that require a bit of imagination to reconstruct in your mind.
