The Beacon of Light is a contemporary art gallery tucked away in the Lisburn and Castlereagh area, reasonably close to Hillsborough if you're basing yourself in that corner of Northern Ireland. It's the sort of place that rewards a quick visit if you're already nearby - nothing you'd specifically drive hours for, but absolutely worth an hour if you're staying at Lakeside View Caravan Park or exploring the wider region.
