All Saints Church, Holland Fen

The building itself dates back centuries, a proper survivor out here where the land is relentlessly pancake-flat. The interior is straightforward and quietly impressive - decent medieval architecture without the crowds you'd get at a cathedral. What makes it worth the drive from Boston is precisely that isolation: there's something about standing inside an old church with just the wind across the fens for company that gets under your skin.
